Since 1992 Paula has worked exclusively in providing business valuation and litigation support services to lawyers and business owners in the Greater Toronto Area. Paula started her career at Cole & Partners, where she became a partner in 1997 and continued with the firm when it joined Duff & Phelps in 2010. In May 2015 Paula founded White & Lewis, formerly Paula White Valuations Inc.

Paula is a CPA, CA and a CBV and is a member in good standing with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (“CICBV”). Paula is an active member of the CICBV and has served on the Membership committee and the Research committee.

Paula has completed training in mediation and arbitration of family law matters in Ontario, and is a member of the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO).

Paula has provided expert witness testimony in Ontario, and frequently participates in mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, trials and related court proceedings. Paula has a reputation in the legal community as a trusted and credible expert.
